Dock is on the left and set to auto-hide. Finder, Safari, iChat, Tweetie, and iTunes are the only permanent apps. I'd hide the iChat and Tweetie icons if I could.
I've never really liked having a translucent menubar, but the effect works perfectly with this wallpaper. Tweetie's "unread tweets" menubar icon in particular looks excellent.
Spotlight is still my primary launcher tool. Quicksilver seems nice, but I've already got other apps that do everything I'd want it to.
